How is an engagement priced?
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price. After a free 45-minute scoping call, you get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts - no hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
How long does a typical security audit take?
Most application audits run two weeks from kickoff to written report: scope in week zero, review in weeks one and two, report at the end of week two. Optional remediation support and a retest extend the engagement to about five weeks.
Do you issue certifications or formal pentest credentials?
No. Forge Honor Assurance provides engineering work, written technical findings, and remediation support. We prepare you for SOC 2 auditors, customer security reviews, and government technical reviews - we do not issue certifications ourselves.
Are you set up for government and prime-contractor work?

Who actually does the work?
The shop is owner-led. The person who scopes the engagement understands the engineering tradeoffs, stays close to delivery, and is the single point of accountability from first call to final report.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
Every inquiry gets a reply within one business day, usually the same day. If the work is time-sensitive, say so and we will prioritize accordingly.
